We currently don’t accept refunds. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we get our small business up and running!
- Unopened damaged game or misprinted game: Within the first 30 days after purchase, if you received an unopened damaged game or opened misprinted game, we will be happy to provide an exchange copy (including shipping).
- Purchases from 3rd Party Vendors: If your game was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, our 30-day warranty does not apply. All returns and exchanges must be made through the retailer you originally purchased your product from.
How to Exchange:
- Message us as Humormegame@gmail.com with the subject line as follows:
Requesting exchange for Invoice# XXXXX.
Allow us 48 business hours to respond to your request.
- If you have a qualifying exchange, we will respond to you and begin the exchange process.
- You must include one image of the game misprint for exchange eligibility.
- If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
